  • Read the Yoga Sutras (Book 4)
  • Read Vibe-a-thon Week One- no need to do exercises #1 or #2 assigned in the book prior to TT. 
  • Bring your Truths and Lies document (continuation from Lisa's Ted Talk). Recap:
    • First step: Write down (in pencil) every lie you tell yourself about who you are. Lies around relationships (friends, romantic), lies around who you are (i.e. I’m stupid, I’m a slow learner), lies around spirituality, lies around health and fitness.  Next step: write the truth next to each lie (in red).
